Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
This policy explains what information LawSEO collects through this website, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
What I collect
When you request an audit, I collect the details you type into the form: your name, firm name, work email, phone number if you give one, firm website, main practice area, city and state, and number of offices.
Like most websites, my hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. I use this only to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How I use it
- To prepare the audit you asked for and reply to you about it.
- To follow up about that audit, unless you ask me not to.
- To keep records of my work if you become a client.
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
I use a small number of service providers to run this website and my email. They process information only on my instructions. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
How long I keep it
I keep audit requests for as long as I need them to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the engagement lasts plus any period the law requires. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights under state privacy law. I'll respond to any request within the time those laws require.
Contact
To make a request or ask a question about this policy, send me a message through the form on my audit page and say it's a privacy request.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
